Restaurant Style Rich Palak paneer

Palak paneer is very healthy and vegetarian indian dish. it is very easy to prepare. lets see what ingredient are require to make palak paneer. 

Ingredient:-
  • Palak( spinach)       - 400 gm       
  • Paneer                      -150 gram
  • Tomato                    - 3 medium size
  • Onion                       -2 medium size
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Green chilly             -3-4  
  • Ghee                       -1 table spoon
  • Cinnamon and cardamom  -1 piece
  • Bay leaf                   -1 
  • Cumin seed             -1 tea spoon
  • Red chilly                -1/2 Tea spoon
  • Coriander powder   -1/4 tea spoon
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garam masala         -1/4 tea spoon

Method. (For making puree):-
1. Clean spinach from stem and rinse the spinach leaves in running water. 
2. Boil 4 cup of water and add cleaned spinach leaves. 
3. You can boil this palak in pressure cooker also. 
4. cook it for 5 minute. 
5. immediate remove pressure from the cooker. and Drain this palak. one most important thing to prevent green color add cold water in it. 
6. Grind this boiled palak with green chilly, ginger.
No need to add water while making puree keep it  a side.

Gravy:-
1. First of all take a kadai or pan . add 1 spoon ghee.
2. when it getting heat add some cumin seed, bay leaf, cinnamon, and cardamom
3. Add fine chooped garlic cook it for a minute.
4.. Now add tomato onion paste. 
5. cook it for 5 minute. 
6. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, mix it well. 
7. Now stir continuously till ghee get separate.  
8 Now add palak puree . stir it. 
9 Add salt. Now  cook it for 5 minute then add require water. depend of taste .
10.Stir them till gravy and puree will mix each other and cook it well.
11.For garnishing or give them feel like a restaurant  add 2 spoon fresh cream. stir Again 
12. add Garam masala and lemon juice. 
13. At last add paneer. you can cut paneer in your desired shape and size. 
 14. stir them and cook it at low flame for 2-3 minute.  

Now palak paneer is ready You can serve this palak paneer with naan or parantha

Moong Daal Halwa

     Moong dal Halwa


Hello friends today i am going to make moong daal halwa. A classic recipe that is relished throughout rajasthan during the winter month. as it it supposed to keep the body warm and protect it from the bitter winter cold . lets see how to make moong daal halwa. 

Ingredients which are require to make moong daal halwa

1. Moong daal   : 1 Bowl
2. Ghee.             :  1/2 bowl
3. Milk               : 1/2 liter
4. Sugar              :  1Bowl
5, saffron       
5. Dry fruit.         : 1/2 bowl


Method.

1. Soak the moong daal 3-4 hour. 
2. Blend it in mixture without using water
3. Heat the pan
4. Add ghee and moong daal paste. and cook it for 25-30 minute on low flame. till colour  change. 
5. Stir it continuously 
6. In other pan boil the milk till become half of its quantity. add little saffron also while boiling the milk.
7.Now add cooked moong daal in milk and again cook it for 5-7 minute.   
 8.  In a other pan make a chashani (syrup) add sugar and water in equal quantity. cook it and make a single wire chashani. 
9. Add this syrum in cooked moong daal mixture . cook it again 5 minute. and add chopped dry fruits and cardamom .
10 Serve hot with garnishing .
You can keep in refrigerator for store and use it for 4-5 days.

Potato cheese shots

Potato cheese shots

Hi today i am going to make potato cheese shot. This is very yummy starter.

Ingredients:-


  • Boiled potato            - 2-3 Medium size
  • Ginger Garlic paste(optional)
  • Salt                           - As per taste
  • Organo seasoning     - 1 Table spoon
  • Chilly Flakes            - 1/2 Table spoon       
  • Mozzarella cheese    - As per requirement    
  • Corn flour                 -  1 Table spoon
  • Bread crumbs            - 1 Bowl
  • Oil                             -  For frying


Method:-

1. Boil the potatoes and let them cool.
2. Peel the potatoes ans mash them.
3. Now add salt,Ginger garlic paste, organo seasoning and chilly flakes.
4. Mix all together.
5.  Now we start to making potato cheese shot.
6. Take a small part of the potato mixture and flatten it on palm. and keep the square shape mozzarella cheese in center of this. now covered this cheese. and make a cylindrical shape or round which ever u like.
 7. Make a corn flour mixture. mix cornflour in water.
8. Now dip this cylindrical shape potato in corn flour mixture. After dip take it out from cornflour mixture.
9. In other plate Take a bread crumbs. and roll this dipped potato in bread crumb.
10. Keep Them side to make all cheese shot in same manner.
11.Now take a pan heat the oil.
12. Oil should be sufficient in the pan for frying.
13. When oil will get hot , fry these potato shots till olden brown.
14. serve these potato cheese shot hot with tomato ketchup or green chutany.

Crispy Naan Without Using Oven

तवा नान 


आज हम बनाने जा रहे हैं कुरकुरे नॉन। ये बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट होते है. ये पंजाबी डिश है. लेकिन इसे हर जगह पसंद किया जाता है.

सामग्री :-
 मैदा                   -२००ग्रा म
यीस्ट                 १/४ टेबल स्पून
चीनी                   १/४ टेबल स्पून
अजवाइन            -१टेबल स्पून
नमक                  स्वाद के अनुसार
ऑइल                  १/२ स्पून
कसूरी मेथी         १/४ स्पून
बेकिंग पाउडर       एक पिंच


विधि :-

  • सबसे पहले एक बड़े बर्तन में मैदा और सभी सामान को मिक्स कर लेते है. और नार्मल पानी से सोफ्ट आटा लगा लेते है. अब इसे थोड़ी देर (1 घंटा) के लिए ढँकके रख देते है. जिससे मैदा अच्छे से फूल जाए।
  • अब हम थोड़ी देर बाद देखते है कि  आटा  फूल कर लगभग डबल हो गया है
  • अब हमारा आटा नान बनाने क लिए तैयार है.
  • पहले रोटी के साइज थोड़ी सी बड़ी  साइज की लोई लेते है इसको तेल की सहायता से  बेल लेते है अब इस पर तेल लगाकर फोल्ड करते है. और एक और बार तेल लगते है. फिर और फोल्ड करते है. बिलकुल तिकोने पराठे की तरह.
  • अब इसे तेल की मदद या सूखे आटे से पतला बेल लेते है.
  • रोटी वाला तवा गर्म करते है, जब वो गर्म हो जाए तो बिली हुई नान पर पानी लगाकर उसे तवे पर धीमे से चिपका देते है.
  • अब गैस को सिम कर देते है. जब नान नीचे वाली साइड से सिकने वाली हो तब नान पर छोटे छोटे बबल दिखने लगते है. 
  • अब  तवे को उल्टा क्र देते है. और नान को तवे के साथ ही गैस पर सेकते है. जब वो अच्छे से सिक जाती है तो तवे से अपने आप अलग हो जाती है.  
  • अब उसे नार्मल रोटी की तरह सेक लेते है. अब इस नान के ऊपर अच्छे से बटर लगाकर अपनी पसंदीदा सब्जी या दाल के साथ खा सकते है.


नोट:- 
यदि आपके पास यीस्ट नहीं है तो उसके लिए आप खट्टा दही ले सकती है. लेकिन दही लेने पर उसे ३-४ घंटे के   लिए ढककर रखा जाता है.

Rawa Dosa or instant Dosa

 Rawa Dosa

Today i am going to make rawa dosa. rawa dosa or we can say jhatpat or instant dosa.
Rawa dosa is very easy to make . this is very crispy and delicious.
Rawa dosa is one of the easiest dosa there is no grinding and fermentation require.


Ingredients:-

Rawa                  1 smal bowl
Rice flour            1/2 bowl
maida                  1/4 bowl
salt                      Acording to taste
Onion                  1 chopped
Green chilly        1 chopped
Green coriander chopped
Cumin seed        1/4 table spoon
Oil                      For cooking

Method:-

  • First of all mix all ingredient well expect oil. and make a very thin batter. this batter should be easy to flow. leave it for 10 minutes
  • Now heat the non stick pan.
  •  Greese the tawa with oil.
  • Now start pouring the mixture on tawa.
  • Start this pouring  edges towards center.
  • Now sprinkle little oil on it.
  • Let the base become golden and crisp.
  • Now flip it and cook it another side. 
  • When both side are cooked remove it from the tawa and Prepare rest of dosas in same manner
  • serve this rawa dosa hot with coconut chutany or sambhar.
  • you have to be serve this dosa hot or immediate ortherwise it become soft .

Khandavi

KHANDAVI

Khandvi is a Gujrati dish . This khandavi is easy to make and tasty also.


ingredient. (for Khandavi):-

Besan.                        1 bowl
Dahi or curd               1 bowl
Water                          2 bowl
Salt                              1 table spoon
Turmeric powder         1/4 table spoon
Ginger                          Grated

For Garnishing:-

 Coriander leaves        Chopped
coconut                       Grated

For Tadka:-

Oil                     1 Table spoon
Rai                     1/2 table spoon
Curry leave        10-15
Green chilly       1 chopped

Method:-

1. Mix besan , dahi and water in large bowl. Ratio of the Besan: Dahi:water = 1:1:2
2. Mix it well and stir it continuously
3. Now add salt, turmeric powder and ginger paste.
4. Take a pan and pour this mixture .
5. Cook it on very low flame. and stir continuously .
Now you will see the mixture it getting thick.
6. Now the time to check . it cooked or not.
7. Take a small part of this batter and flat it on greased plat. and try to flip it if this can be done easily means if it turn out easily or not stick on plat, it means has cooked fine. but if it getting stick it means need more time to cook  .
8.  Cook this batter more 2-3 minutes.
9. Take a 3-4 plat grease them with oil. pour all mixture in these plat.and make a very thin layer with the help of spatula or wooden spatula.
10. Let them cool.
11. Now sprinkle coriander leaves and grated coconut. on this thin layer.
12. Now cut it in square shape. and make a roll. or make a khandavi roll.
13. Make all roll and keep them a side.

Now we will make Tadka.
1.Take a pan. add little oil. when it get hot then add rai when it crack, then add curry leaves and chopped chilly.

Now Pour This Tadka on khandavi with the help of spoon . Garnish all khandvi with tadka. and You can use more coconut and coriander Leaves or paneer for garnish.

Khandavi is ready serve This with green chutany and tomato sause.

Mango panaa (Aam panaa)

  Aam panna or Mango panna


Aam panna is an indian drink. and aam panna is heat resistance property. This is made by raw mango. Aam panna is very healthy and tasty. and aam panna is very easy to make.
Now we are going to make aam panna. lets see what ingredients are require to make aam panna.


Ingredients:-

Raw mango      - 1 Medium size
Sugar                - 1 Small bowl or(according to taste)
Salt                   - 1/2 Tea spoon
Black salt         - 1/4 Tea spoon
Mint Powder    - 1/4 Tea spoon            
cumin seed       - 1/4 Tea spoon (Roast)
paper                - 1/4 Tea spoon          
Water.               - As Required

Method:-

1. Peel The Mango and boil it in pressure cooker (For Ten minutes)

2. Let them cool.
3. collect all mango pulp.
4. U can use same water which you have use to cook the mango.
5. Now Take a blender and blend this mango pulp in water.
6. Blend this pulp well.
7. Now add sugar.Mix it well.
8. Add salt , black salt, paper, mint powder, cumin seed.
9. Mix all Ingredient well . stir it well.
10. Keep it in refrigerator .


Aam panna is ready. Serve it with add ice cube.

Authentic panjabi Paneer parantha.

Paneer parantha

Paneer parantha is very famous parantha. paneer parantha is crispy, tasty and nutritious  this is famous panjabi dish. today we are making authentic panjabi paneer parantha.

Ingredients( For making Dough):-

Wheat flour   - 1 Bowl
Maida            - 1/2 Bowl
Ghee             -  1 Tea spoon
Salt                - As per taste

(For making stuffing):-

Paneer                   - Grated 1 Bowl
Green chilly          - 1 fine Chopped
Coriander leaves   - chopped
Salt                        -As per taste
Red chilly             - 1/4 tea spoon
Saunf                    - 1/4 tea spoon
Chat masala         - As per taste

Method:-

1. First of all Take a large bowl. add wheat flour and maida.
2. Now add salt and ghee.
3. with the help of lukewarm water make a soft dough. keep it a side for 10 minutes. to set the dough.
 Now we will prepare stuffing for parantha.

1. Grate the paneer. add all spices including chilly and coriander leaves.
2. Mix all ingredients well.

Now we will make parantha.

1. Take a small portion of dough. roll it with your palm.
2. Now Dust it with dry floor and roll into 3 inches disc.
3. Now take a 1 table spoon stuffing and fold it from the edges.
4. Now roll this in desired size like any normal parantha.
5. Now heat the pan.
6. Cook it from both side on medium flame.
7. Now  apply ghee on both side.
8. Cook it till become a golden brown in colour.
serve hot with Dahi and pickles.

Momos chutany

Hello Friends today i am going to make momos chutany.

ingredients:-

Red chilly         - 4-5
Tamarind(imli) pulp
Ginger             - 1 inch pieces.
Garlic              - 8-10 cloves
Tomato            -1 small
Salt                   As per taste.

Method:-

1. soak red chilly in water for 2-3 hour.
2. Take a tamarind pulp in bowl.
3. In mixture jar grind red chilly and tamarind pulp.
4. Now add tomato,Ginger,garlic and salt also. 
5 Grind all ingredients well.

How to make momos at home.

Momos

momos is Tibetan dish . But now a days momos is famous everywhere.  momos is zero oil and you can say very little oil recipe. this momos is very easy to make. momos can be eat both type steam and fry. steam momos are popular than fry. so lets see ingredient which are require to make momos.

Ingredients:(For making dough):-
Maida or all purpose flour  : 1 bowl.
Oil                                        : 2 tea spoon
Salt                                      : 1/2 tea spoon
( For making stuffing):-
Cabbage            - 1 bowl grated
Capsicum           - 1/2 bowl grated
Onion                 - 1/2 bowl grated
Carrot                - 1/2 bowl grated
Ginger                - 1 inch
Garlic                 - 8-10 clove
Black salt           - As per taste
Black Paper        - As per taste
Salt                     - As per taste
 Method(For making dough):-
1. In a large bowl mix maida oil and salt together. now with help of luke warm water knead the very soft dough. keep this dough side to set.

Now we will make stuffing for momos.

1. first of all grate all vegetable (capsicum,cabbage,onion,carrot,ginger and garlic)
2. Now heat the pan. add little oil.
3. Put all Grated vegetable in pan.
4. Add salt, black salt and black paper.
5. Cook it for 1 minute.

Now stuffing is ready to make momos.


Take out a small lump from the dough, shape it like a ball and flatten it with roller into a disk like shape with 3 inches diameter. Put 1 spoon stuffing in the center of the flattened dough and by folding from all the corners close it. Like this prepare the entire dough into this stuffing filled pieces.

All momos are ready .
If you want to eat steam momos. then you can steam these momos in momos steamer for 10 minutes. and if you want to have fried momos then you can do deep fry. fry this momos in oil and fry it till golden brown. serve these momos with red chilly ginger garlic chutany.

How to make paneer at home.

Paneer is very famous in all over world. we make lots of Dish with paneer. paneer is available every where, but you know this is very easy to make at home. home made paneer is more soft and testy then market paneer. and home made paneer is healthy also.

Lets see what ingredients are require to make paneer.

Ingredients:

  • Milk                       1 letter (full cream)
  • Lemon or vinegar   1.5 table spoon



Method.

First of all boil the full cream milk. when this milk get boil then add lemon juice or vinegar and stir it continuously . at this time you will see milk and water get separate.  now turn off gas.


Now take a soft cloth and sieve it .Squeeze the cloth with hands to strain any excess water from the paneer and take it out from the cloth.




Now  place a heavy object at the end of the cloth for half an hour. Within half an hour, the paneer will become hard.

You can use this paneer to make a curry or any other delicious dishes.

Home made paneer is ready.

suji (Rawa) ka halwa.

 Suji(Rawa) halwa


Suji halwa is very famous indian desert. When you want to eat some thing sweet that time you can make this halwa. because this is instant make desert.  this is very popular dish in all over india. this Halwa is very tasty and easy recipe. so lets see what ingredients are require to make this suji halwa.

Ingredients:

Suji(Rawa)
1 bowl
Ghee
4 table spoon
Sugar
1 bowl
Water
As per requirement
Cashew & rasin
As your choice

Method:
1. Heat the non stick pan. Add 2 table spoon ghee.

2. Now add suji. and roast this suji on low flame.

3. Roast this suji till become brown in colour and nice aroma will come from suji.

4. Take it out in bowl.

5. Now add water in a pan. when water get boil then add sugar . cook it for a minute.

6. Now add roasted suji and stir it till all water absorb. and cook it for 5  minute.

7. Now add 2 table spoon ghee. and stir it continuously.

8. At last add resin and cashew and turn off gas. serve this suji halwa hot with add 1 little spoon ghee.

Rawa kesari bhat

Kesari bhath  is an Indian Dessert that is popular throughout the country originated from the Kanataka and is a popular dish during festivals  word Kesari refers to the spice saffron which is used, resulting in its saffron-orange-yellow-colored tinge.Though it is a sweet dish, inKarnataka. it is prepared not only as a sweet dish but also for normal breakfasts. this kesri bhat is also  known as suji halwa.

Ingredients.
 
Rawa
1 Bowl
Sugar
1 bowl
Ghee
3-4 table spoon
Milk
1/2 cup
Kesar
6-7
Water
2 bowl


Method:

1. Heat the pan add 1 table spoon ghee.

2. When it get hot then ad suji and roast it on low flame till nice aroma come. and light change in colour.

3. Now in hot milk add 5-6 kesar. and leave it for 5 minute it will become saffron in colour.

4. now add water in non stick pan when it get boiling then add suji.

5. stir it continuously.

6. Now add milk and stir it with non stop.

7. Now add sugar. and mix it well.

8. At last we ill add 2 table spoon ghee. and stir it till ghee come out from suji.

9. Now add cashew resin and almonds.

10. Grease a bowl with ghee and pour this kesari bhat in bowl and make a cake shape.garnish it with resin and cashew.




Now kesari bhat is ready serve it hot and enjoy.

Crispy Paneer cutlets

Hello friend today i am going to make crispy paneer cutlets. this is very tasty yummy cutlets. this is tea time snacks. you know every rainy evening you want to eat something spicy and hot. so this paneer cutlets will help you to make your evening special.
So lets see what ingredients are require to make this cutlets.

Ingredients:

Paneer
4 squre shape slice
Besan
1 bowl
Salt
As per taste
Black paper
1/2 tea spoon
soda
1 pinch
oil
For frying

Method:

1. First of all cut paneer in cutlet shape. and you can cut in square shape also.

2. Now we prepare batter for these cutlet.

3. We will take a large bowl add gram flour.

4. Add salt, black paper and 1 pinch of soda.

5. Mix all ingredient well.

6. With the help of water make a smooth batter.

7. This batter should be thick in consistency , but as well as smooth also. 

8. Now heat the pan add enough oil for frying.

9. Now Take a 1 slice of paneer deep it in besan batter. and then put it into the heated oil.

10. cook it on low flame for 5 minutes it will be only yellowish in colour.  we will not cook it till become brown(because it will done by 2nd round).

11. Now take it out from oil. cut this slice in four or two piece. now again put it in oil. now we will fry it till become golden brown in colour on low flame.

Now paneer cutlets are ready enjoy this cutlets with green chutany or tamarind chutany.

Laccha parantha.

Hello friends today i am going to make laccha parantha. laccha parantha is famous in all over india. This layered paratha is also popular as kerala parotta in malabar region of kerala. this is a multi layer paratha. and this is very easy to make . so lets see how to make laccha paratha.

Ingredient:

  • Wheat flour 1 bowl
  • Maida          1/2 bowl
  • Oil                2 tea spoon
  • Salt              1/2 tea spoon

Method.

1.First of all in large bowl we will take 1 bowl wheat flour and 1/2 bowl maida.

2. Add 2 table spoon oil.

3. Add 1/2 table spoon salt.

4. Now with the help of lukewarm water we will make a soft dough .

5. Keep it a side for 5- 10 minutes.

Now we will make paratha.

Take a small part of dough like lemon size roll it with help of palm. Roll out dough ball in a circular shape (approx. 7-8 inch in diameter) or as thin as possible. Now spread 1/2 teaspoon ghee or oil evenly over entire surface using brush or your hand and sprinkle 1 teaspoon dry wheat flour over it. now roll this roti with make a strips. we will make a long strips. now roll it again. and make a thin paratha.

Now heat the tawa and cook this parantha on medium flame. apply ghee on both side and enjoy this laccha parantha with shahi paneer and dum aloo.
