PALAK PANEER PAKORA


Ingredient:-

  • Besan or Gram flour   100 gram
  • spinach(Palak):-          1 Bowl
  • Paneer                         100gm    
  • salt                              As per taste
  • Green chilly               1 finned chop
  • Red chilly                  1/2 tea spoon
  • carom seed                 1 tea spoon
  • 1 pinch of Hing



Method:- 

  • Wash and clean spinach in running water.
  •  Now fine chopped this palak
  •  In a large bowl add besan , finned chopped palak, green chilly,hing, salt, red chilly and carom seed.
  •  mix all ingredient well.
  •  With the help of water make a smooth pate
  •  Now cut paneer in square shape or your  desired shape.
  •  Turn on gas. keep heavy bottom  kadai
  •  put some oil there.
  • when it getting hot mean while dip paneer piece in smooth paste. coat it nicely.
  •  Do all in same manner
  •  When oil get hot then put these coated paneer in oil.
  •  Deep fry them till they become  golden brown .
  •  Serve these pakora with green chutany and tomato catchup...........
