Ingredient:-
- Besan or Gram flour 100 gram
- spinach(Palak):- 1 Bowl
- Paneer 100gm
- salt As per taste
- Green chilly 1 finned chop
- Red chilly 1/2 tea spoon
- carom seed 1 tea spoon
- 1 pinch of Hing
Method:-
- Wash and clean spinach in running water.
- Now fine chopped this palak
- In a large bowl add besan , finned chopped palak, green chilly,hing, salt, red chilly and carom seed.
- mix all ingredient well.
- With the help of water make a smooth pate
- Now cut paneer in square shape or your desired shape.
- Turn on gas. keep heavy bottom kadai
- put some oil there.
- when it getting hot mean while dip paneer piece in smooth paste. coat it nicely.
- Do all in same manner
- When oil get hot then put these coated paneer in oil.
- Deep fry them till they become golden brown .
- Serve these pakora with green chutany and tomato catchup...........
