PALAK PANEER PAKORA


Ingredient:-

  • Besan or Gram flour   100 gram
  • spinach(Palak):-          1 Bowl
  • Paneer                         100gm    
  • salt                              As per taste
  • Green chilly               1 finned chop
  • Red chilly                  1/2 tea spoon
  • carom seed                 1 tea spoon
  • 1 pinch of Hing



Method:- 

  • Wash and clean spinach in running water.
  •  Now fine chopped this palak
  •  In a large bowl add besan , finned chopped palak, green chilly,hing, salt, red chilly and carom seed.
  •  mix all ingredient well.
  •  With the help of water make a smooth pate
  •  Now cut paneer in square shape or your  desired shape.
  •  Turn on gas. keep heavy bottom  kadai
  •  put some oil there.
  • when it getting hot mean while dip paneer piece in smooth paste. coat it nicely.
  •  Do all in same manner
  •  When oil get hot then put these coated paneer in oil.
  •  Deep fry them till they become  golden brown .
  •  Serve these pakora with green chutany and tomato catchup...........




Diet Namkeen

Poha (chidwa) namkeen


Hi friends As we know today everyone is a heath conscious. and want to have only healthy diet.
so considering all thing, today i am going to make healthy diet roasted namkeen.
lets see what ingredient are require to make this namkeen

Ingredients:-
1.  Beaten rice(poha)         - 2 Bowl
2.  Peanut                           - 1/2 Bowl
3.  Dried Coconut slice      - 1/4 Small bowl
4.  Chana daal                    - 1/2 Bowl
5.  Green chilly                  - 3-4
6.  Mustered seed               - 1/4 Tble spoon
7.  Curry leaves                  -  10-12 leaves
8.  Turmeric powder           - 1/4 Tble spoon
9.   Salt as per taste.                  -
10. Sugar powder                - 1 Tble spoon
11. 1 pinch of hing
12.  Oil                                - 1 Tble spoon

Method:-
1. First of all Take heavy bottom pan or non stick pan. Put it on gas. 
2. At low or medium flame roast poha and peanut. it will take 5-8 minute to get proper roast.
3. Now Roast chana daal in same manner. 
4. Take it out all 3 in other bowl.
5. Heat  oil in non stick pan.when it get hot add mustered seed , curry leaves , green chilly . 
6. Add Hing and turmeric powder.
7. Now add roasted poha peanut and chana daal, sugar and salt.
8. Mix it well. 
9. Now poha namkeen is ready let it cool and store in airtight container.
