Rawa Dosa or instant Dosa

 Rawa Dosa

Today i am going to make rawa dosa. rawa dosa or we can say jhatpat or instant dosa.
Rawa dosa is very easy to make . this is very crispy and delicious.
Rawa dosa is one of the easiest dosa there is no grinding and fermentation require.


Ingredients:-

Rawa                  1 smal bowl
Rice flour            1/2 bowl
maida                  1/4 bowl
salt                      Acording to taste
Onion                  1 chopped
Green chilly        1 chopped
Green coriander chopped
Cumin seed        1/4 table spoon
Oil                      For cooking

Method:-

  • First of all mix all ingredient well expect oil. and make a very thin batter. this batter should be easy to flow. leave it for 10 minutes
  • Now heat the non stick pan.
  •  Greese the tawa with oil.
  • Now start pouring the mixture on tawa.
  • Start this pouring  edges towards center.
  • Now sprinkle little oil on it.
  • Let the base become golden and crisp.
  • Now flip it and cook it another side. 
  • When both side are cooked remove it from the tawa and Prepare rest of dosas in same manner
  • serve this rawa dosa hot with coconut chutany or sambhar.
  • you have to be serve this dosa hot or immediate ortherwise it become soft .

Khandavi

KHANDAVI

Khandvi is a Gujrati dish . This khandavi is easy to make and tasty also.


ingredient. (for Khandavi):-

Besan.                        1 bowl
Dahi or curd               1 bowl
Water                          2 bowl
Salt                              1 table spoon
Turmeric powder         1/4 table spoon
Ginger                          Grated

For Garnishing:-

 Coriander leaves        Chopped
coconut                       Grated

For Tadka:-

Oil                     1 Table spoon
Rai                     1/2 table spoon
Curry leave        10-15
Green chilly       1 chopped

Method:-

1. Mix besan , dahi and water in large bowl. Ratio of the Besan: Dahi:water = 1:1:2
2. Mix it well and stir it continuously
3. Now add salt, turmeric powder and ginger paste.
4. Take a pan and pour this mixture .
5. Cook it on very low flame. and stir continuously .
Now you will see the mixture it getting thick.
6. Now the time to check . it cooked or not.
7. Take a small part of this batter and flat it on greased plat. and try to flip it if this can be done easily means if it turn out easily or not stick on plat, it means has cooked fine. but if it getting stick it means need more time to cook  .
8.  Cook this batter more 2-3 minutes.
9. Take a 3-4 plat grease them with oil. pour all mixture in these plat.and make a very thin layer with the help of spatula or wooden spatula.
10. Let them cool.
11. Now sprinkle coriander leaves and grated coconut. on this thin layer.
12. Now cut it in square shape. and make a roll. or make a khandavi roll.
13. Make all roll and keep them a side.

Now we will make Tadka.
1.Take a pan. add little oil. when it get hot then add rai when it crack, then add curry leaves and chopped chilly.

Now Pour This Tadka on khandavi with the help of spoon . Garnish all khandvi with tadka. and You can use more coconut and coriander Leaves or paneer for garnish.

Khandavi is ready serve This with green chutany and tomato sause.

Mango panaa (Aam panaa)

  Aam panna or Mango panna


Aam panna is an indian drink. and aam panna is heat resistance property. This is made by raw mango. Aam panna is very healthy and tasty. and aam panna is very easy to make.
Now we are going to make aam panna. lets see what ingredients are require to make aam panna.


Ingredients:-

Raw mango      - 1 Medium size
Sugar                - 1 Small bowl or(according to taste)
Salt                   - 1/2 Tea spoon
Black salt         - 1/4 Tea spoon
Mint Powder    - 1/4 Tea spoon            
cumin seed       - 1/4 Tea spoon (Roast)
paper                - 1/4 Tea spoon          
Water.               - As Required

Method:-

1. Peel The Mango and boil it in pressure cooker (For Ten minutes)

2. Let them cool.
3. collect all mango pulp.
4. U can use same water which you have use to cook the mango.
5. Now Take a blender and blend this mango pulp in water.
6. Blend this pulp well.
7. Now add sugar.Mix it well.
8. Add salt , black salt, paper, mint powder, cumin seed.
9. Mix all Ingredient well . stir it well.
10. Keep it in refrigerator .


Aam panna is ready. Serve it with add ice cube.
