Recipe for 4 garlic breadsticks
Ingredient:
500gm. - maida,
4gm. - dry active yeast
1.5 - cup of luke warm water
1tbs. - sugar
4-5 - clove of garlic
4tbsp - olive oil
1tbsp - salt
organo seasoning
PREPARE A DOUGH FOR GARLIC BREAD.
- firsly we are adding 1/2 cup maida, yeast in luke warm water and sugar.
- let the yeast activate for 15 minute.
now take a 3cup maida (dont take a full maida to gather) add 1 cup first and combine the daugh, then add 1.5 cups. and try to make soft dough,knead the dough for 15-20 minute. and make a smooth and stretchy daugh.
now add 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of butte ,garlic, salt & organo seasoning
knead the dough well for 15 minute. add 2tbs olive oil and knead it 2 minute more.
let the dough rest in refrigerator for 24 hour.(this is very important)
after 24 hour
take dough out from the fridge
cut it into 4 small equal piece and let it rest for 10 minute.
sprinkle lots of corn meal on a flat surface. it will make outer crunchy.
make a round shape and flip from 1 side to make a semi circle, transfer the daugh to a buttered and seasoned bake tray.
cut the daugh into breadstick, brush the butter and dazzle with lots of organo seasoning.

preheat oven @ 180c for 8 minute then @220c for 5 minutebake it till it become golden brown.
